UGC review 4
$96 spent with no sales. A profitable ad would almost certainly have sold by now.
For anyone running Meta ads
Tony checks every live Facebook and Instagram ad at 7am against the numbers that decide profit, then tells you what to turn off, scale and fix. Start with a free audit. Four minutes, nobody calls you.
Because it’s the quickest way to show you what the daily check does. The audit runs the same rules once; the daily check runs them on every live ad, every morning. If the audit helps, you’ll probably want it daily. If not, keep the report. Nobody will call you.
Flick a switch once you’ve turned that ad off.

Tony
Every morning
Most ad accounts lose money in the gap between checks. Tony closes the gap.
Ads that have spent past the point where a profitable ad would almost certainly have sold.
The ads earning above your break-even, at a pace that fits your budget.
Tracking breaks, a rejected ad, or a spending limit about to stop everything.
Tony looks every hour and emails you when an ad burns money or sales stop recording.
Your winners, the ads wearing out, and the videos losing people in the first 3 seconds.
$96 spent with no sales. A profitable ad would almost certainly have sold by now.
31 sales at 3.10× this week, well above break-even.
Beyond the morning check
Examples from a sample store. Yours are worked out from your own account and store.
Why did my cost per sale jump?
Mostly Meta’s prices: reaching 1,000 people cost $28, up 40% on $20. That hits every advertiser, so it’s the auction, not your ads. Don’t cut winners over it.
Did my change work?
The extra $300 a day brought in $1,000 more in sales, a 3.3× return on the extra.
Am I on track this month?
$7,500 over at this pace. About $2,200 a day lands on budget.
Is an ad selling something I can’t ship?
Sends people to a product that’s sold out in your store. About $84 a day on clicks that can’t buy.
What does a new customer really cost?
You profit when they buy again: 41% of orders come from repeat customers.
Which ads, and which ideas, are winning?
Can I show off a good month?
How it works
Four minutes. We scan your website, you answer 20 questions, and you get a score, your real profit or loss and your first fix in full.
Read-only. Tony reads your numbers; it can never create, edit or pause anything.
At 7am every live ad has been checked. Make the changes, mark them done. Ten minutes, before your coffee’s cold.
Built for your business
Every ad against your break-even return. Profit after costs, not vanity ROAS.
For storesCost per job, not cost per lead, so cheap junk leads stop looking like winners.
For tradiesBookings and sign-ups, judged on what a client is worth to you.
For coaches and clinicsEntries against prize and running costs, so you know which ads pay for the prize.
For giveawaysEvery client account checked each morning, and reports with your own branding.
For agenciesTraffic, awareness, video and app install campaigns are each judged on their own result too.
Calculator
Move the sliders: your monthly ad spend, and the share you think might be going to ads that will never sell.
An example using the share you choose, not a promise. Your free audit works out the real number from your own ads.

It’s the quickest way to show you what the daily check does. The audit runs the same rules on your account once; the daily check runs them on every live ad every morning. If the audit is useful, you’ll probably want it daily. If not, the report is yours to keep, and nobody will call you.
Not for the free audit: it works from your website, your answers and, if you add them, a few numbers from Ads Manager. The daily check needs a read-only connection, which you approve in Facebook. We can read your numbers but never create, edit or pause anything, and disconnecting deletes our access.
Anyone spending their own money on Facebook or Instagram ads: online stores, lead businesses, tradies, clinics, coaches, agencies and freelancers.
From your own numbers. If an ad were selling at your break-even, there would be a 95% chance of at least one sale by about three times your break-even cost per sale. An ad with no sale past that point is almost certainly losing money. With too little data it falls back to rules used on accounts spending millions a year, and it always says which it used.
Yes. Lead campaigns are judged on what you can afford per lead and, once you tell us how many leads became customers, on cost per customer. Traffic, awareness, video and app campaigns are judged on their own results.
Your own account first. Where there isn’t enough data yet: LocaliQ’s 2026 Facebook ads benchmarks for lead generation and Triple Whale’s ecommerce data for purchases and ROAS.
No. The daily check waits on your dashboard. You get one email a week, on Monday, built from your own numbers.
Yes, any time, from your dashboard. Cancel during the free trial and you’re never charged.
That's what Hundred Club Digital does, for brands spending enough that it makes sense.
Your first check is free, and it takes four minutes.
