For giveaways and memberships

Know which ads pay for the prize.

Fixed prize costs, memberships and one-off entries don’t fit a normal ROAS. Tony works out what each entry is worth to you and checks every ad at 7am against it.

What Tony does for you

Five jobs, done before 9am.

  • Built for prize costs

Put in your prize and running costs once. Tony shows profit after the prize, not just return on spend.

  • Expensive entries off

Ads where each entry costs more than it brings in are flagged the next morning.

  • Scale before the draw closes

Your cheapest entries get more budget while it still counts.

  • Same-day alerts

If entries stop recording or spend runs far past a normal day, you hear the same day.

  • What to film next

Which reveals, walkthroughs and countdowns bring entries, and which ones are tired.

What could wasted spend be costing you?

Move the sliders: your monthly ad spend, and the share you think might be going to ads that will never sell.

An example using the share you choose, not a promise. Your free audit works out the real number from your own ads.

Questions

Before you start

My prize is a fixed cost. How does Tony handle that?

Prize and running costs are counted separately from each entry, so your break-even per entry stays right and profit shows the prize.

Memberships and one-off entries?

Both. Tell Tony what a membership is worth over time and what a single entry earns.

Will it change my ads?

Never. Tony is read-only. It tells you what to do; you make the change in Ads Manager.
