Terms

Last updated 6 October 2026. These terms cover Tony at meettony.app (the free audit and the paid plans), provided by 0-100 Group Pty Ltd (ABN 54 661 098 540), trading as Hundred Club Digital ("we").

The free audit

The audit scores your answers against how we run ad accounts. The score and waste estimate are estimates from what you tell us, not an analysis of your live account. They are general information, not financial advice.

Pro subscription

• Pro is billed monthly in the currency shown at checkout, starting after a free trial. One free trial per person.
• Your card is charged automatically at the end of the trial and then every month until you cancel.
• Cancel any time from your dashboard ("Manage billing"). Cancel during the trial and you are not charged. Cancel after and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• We don't give partial refunds for unused days, except where the law requires.
• If we change the price we will email you at least 30 days before it applies to you.

Referrals

• Paying customers get a referral link. Someone who signs up from it and hasn’t had a free trial before gets a 14-day trial instead of 7.
• When they make their first payment, you get credit equal to one month of your current plan, applied to your next invoice. One credit per person referred. Credit can’t be exchanged for cash and ends if your subscription does.
• Referring yourself, or accounts made to collect credit, doesn’t count, and we can remove credit gained that way.

Ask and AI answers

Ask’s answers and the script writer are written by AI from your data and can be wrong. Check anything important before acting on it. A person answers support requests sent with “Talk to a person”.

Agency plan

The Agency plan is for managing ad accounts you have permission to access. You’re responsible for having your clients’ permission to connect their ad accounts and share reports about them. Fair use below still applies, except that you may share client reports with the client they’re about.

No guarantees on results

We give you instructions; you decide whether and how to act on them in your own ad account. Ad performance depends on things outside our control, including your product, your offer and Meta. We don't guarantee any particular result, and you remain responsible for your ad account, your spend and complying with Meta's policies.

Consumer law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer protection law that can't be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Fair use

Your account is for your own business. Don't resell the fix lists or checklists, or try to access other people's accounts.
