For electricians
Find the ads that are live, and switch off the dead ones.
Tony checks every Facebook and Instagram ad your electrical business runs at 7am. Switchboard upgrades, EV chargers, solar, safety checks: it tells you which ads book paying jobs and which just ring your phone.
Flick a switch once you’ve turned that ad off.

Why it matters
A crowded switchboard. Pricier leads.
Electricians are a big share of Australia’s trade businesses, and most of them now run the odd boosted post or lead ad.

Calculator
What you’d keep each year.
Set your own numbers: what you spend on ads, what you pay an agency (slide it to zero if you run them yourself), the share you think goes to ads that never bring a job, and your average job.
An example using the numbers you choose, not a promise. Your free audit works out the real waste from your own ads.
Agency or Tony
You pay an agency for its time. How much of it is in your account?
A retainer of a few thousand a month is a lot of switchboards. Here’s what it typically buys, next to Tony.
Plenty of agencies do good work. If yours does, the check below will say so.
Check your agency
Six questions. Thirty seconds.
Answer honestly. Nobody sees this but you.
Does someone look at your ads every single day?
Could you name, right now, the ad that brought your last paying job?
Do their reports show cost per job, not just reach, clicks and leads?
Are you locked into a minimum contract?
Does their fee go up when your ad spend goes up?
If an ad started wasting money this morning, would you hear about it today?
Questions
Before you start
I do residential and commercial. Can Tony tell them apart?
Tony looks at every ad on its own results. Run commercial and residential work as separate ads and each gets its own call every morning.
Do I need a website?
No. Lead form and Messenger ads work too. If you have a site, Tony checks that it’s up and loading as well.
Will it change my ads?
Never. Tony is read-only. It tells you what to do and why; you make the change in Ads Manager, in about ten minutes a morning.
What does it cost after the free audit?
Tony Pro is A$99 a month, the same price whether you spend a little or a lot on ads. Monthly, no contract, with a 7-day free trial.
